Ground Fog

Photography

I started photography with very simple cameras (Hawkeye Flash Fun and the Kodak Instamatic cameras). After demonstrating my interest and ability to take some nice photographs, my father bought me an Asahi Pentax Spotmatic. This camera fed my interest in photography for about 13 years, until it was irreparably damaged during a trip. Its replacement was the Pentax K1000, but it was not as good as the older Spotmatic.

The digital age brought the DSLR. After lingering with film for a few years, I bought a DSLR - paid with proceeds from a particularly good contract. I have embraced the new technology and it still surprises me with its capabilities. It is very difficult not to take a good picture with my DSLR.

I have posted a few representative images here.
